The 12seconds Barter Challenge

Here is the info on this amazing product and funding idea - PARTICIPATE!!

12seconds allows you to share quick videos with your friends, using your phone or webcam. All videos are 12 seconds because anything longer is boring.

Right now, our Goal is to get Funded.

Starting a company is expensive.

In order to build a great site we need strong design and engineering, and as far as we know it isn’t free. As we thought further, we realized we also needed a hosting solution once the beta/demo version of the site was ready. Once the site is built and hosted, we need a PR team to help get the word out and build some buzz and get some early traction. Along the way, we also need to pay some lawyers, accountants, notaries, and other official-like people to make sure we have the right paperwork in place.

We don’t have any money to do this so we’re going to barter our stuff to pay for resources!

We’ve found some talented designers and engineers who are able to make our beta site for us, if only we could incent them properly. Turns out that in lieu of money, they’d be happy with some iPhones, therapy (5 sessions) and a banjo. We know a great PR group, they said they’d go do some influencer outreach in exchange for a MacBook Air. We’re not quite sure what the lawyers will want, but we know there’s something.

That’s where YOU come in. Would you be willing to trade up for some of our items (listed below) so we can meet our goal of launching our service and getting funded?
